My law firm experience provided me with a strong foundation structuring, negotiating and executing a variety of transactions – ranging from leveraged buyouts to recapitalization to spin-offs – for clients across an array of industries and jurisdictions.
I now apply that knowledge and experience to Point72 Hyperscale’s unique approach of combining private equity with data science, engineering and product management. It is exciting to be at the forefront of applying AI to build the businesses of the future.
By embracing the notion that AI and machine learning will transform the modern economy, the Hyperscale approach has the potential to set businesses apart from their competitors across a variety of industries.
Prior experience:
- Corporate Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP I focused primarily on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions involving both private and public companies. During my time at Willkie, I completed a secondment in the legal department of Aquiline Capital Partners, where I supported the firm’s investing activities across several strategies.
